WiganPlus – Rewarding Local Connections
WiganPlus started as a research project but was so successful that it continued well beyond the research period offerring shared benefits for shoppers, travellers and citizens using incentives and rewards.
The approach received the 2010 ACT Travelwise Innovation Award.
The WiganPlus shop became a hub of community activity supporting the creative community in the town.
